OSH Induction Training Program
More than 100 of OSHA's current standards contain requirements for training. Furthermore, a comprehensive workplace safety program needs to include training. This course outlines information on developing and delivering effective training to workers.

Describe the various OSHA resources to help employers develop a safe workplace.

List and describe the OSHA Alliance Program, SHARP, and VPP opportunities for employers.
Module 2: Rights and Responsibilities

Discuss employer and employee responsibilities under the OSHAact of 1970.

Define and give examples of "recognized hazards."

Describe the various workers' rights and whistleblower protections.
Intended Audience
This training course is designed for helping companies and individuals learn the fundamentals of occupational health and safety at their workplace.
It will help companies in meeting the health and safety regulatory compliance requirements.
