Food Safety Program 

Course Overview

Food Safety Training is designed to help food industry professionals, hotels operations managers, quality and food safety managers, food safety inspectors, chefs, chef assistants, food production managers, and those who plan to start a career in food industry learn more about the importance of good food preparation. Participant will learn about the best safety practices training such as keeping yourself and your work area clean and hygienic, learn how food becomes contaminated and steps to reduce this contamination. You will also learn how foodborne, pest and physical contamination pose serious health risks and the controls to reduce these risks. 

Also, participants will learn the importance of food safety and they will understand how to identify and control food safety hazards at their own workplace and will learn how eliminate food contamination. 

Participants will have in-depth understanding of how to apply and monitor good food safety practice. Also, this training program will help supervisors know how to implement food safety management procedures.
